Aufgabenbereich:

  • Mitwirkung in der täglichen Entwicklungsarbeit (z.B. für alternative Antriebe, Fahrdynamik, Aerodyamik)
  • Nachverfolgung offener Entwicklungsthemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Versuchs- und Erprobungsberichten
  • Recherchetätigkeiten zu fachspezifischen Themen
  • Erstellung und Programmierungen von Datenbanken, Analysetools und Skripten zur Prozessoptimierung

 

Anforderungen:

  • Immatrikulierter Student im Studiengang Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Großes Interesse an der Automobilindustrie
  • Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Fahrzeugdynamik, Leichtbau, Aerodynamik und alternative Antriebe sind von Vorteil
  • Engagierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Kreativität
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in einem multikulturellen Team
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
  • CAD- (z.B Catia V5) und Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. VBA, Python, Java) sind wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Tasks:

  • Planning and executing R&D projects
  • Developing Fuel Injection (FIE) Systems and logic
  • Preparing complex test and evaluation programs
  • Analyzing trends and proposing new technologies
  • Benchmarking activities for FIE hardware and logic
  • Intense networking and co-working with external partners
  • Planning projects and ensuring optimal usage of budget, resources, and time with a strong target focus
  • Documenting and presenting results of projects and developments and securing intellectual property rights
  • Cooperating closely with HMETC departments and R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea)

Requirements:

  • Degree in mechanical / automotive engineering
  • Knowledge in function, hardware design, control logic and testing of FIE systems while handling “big data”
  • Experience working at company such as HMETC is a “plus”
  • Passion for innovative technologies with an overview of the relevant market trends (bionic design, artificial intelligence)
  • Willingness to travel and a valid European B driving license
  • Excellent analytical skills and a problem solving mentality combined with “hands-on” and “can-do” attitude
  • A very good command of English, intercultural and communication skills, open mind set and creative thinking

Tasks:

  • Define and propose product strategies for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis brands for the European market
    – Analyze market status and identify main or new trends
    – Identify and monitor key customer needs/requirements
    – Define related vehicles technical characteristics/features
    – Propose future technological requirements/roadmap
    – Evaluate effects of market research findings
    – Gather competitor product information
    – Propose lifecycle activities
  • Define and improve brand differentiation strategy
    – Analyze and monitor the positioning of brands
    – Identify and update USP areas and related technology
    needed for improving differentiation
  • Support and improve mid/long term trend sensing processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in industrial engineering with experience in business administration or product management and marketing know-how
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive environment
  • Deep knowledge of main automotive databases (NCBS, JATO)
  • Deep knowledge of Eastern European markets is a plus
  • Willing to drive changes in the automotive world
  • Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to travel
  • Fluent spoken and written English language
  • Strong analytical working style and presentation skills (MS Excel with Macro definition/usage, Powerpoint, etc.)

Tasks:
  • Managing innovative R&D projects related to advanced lightweight concepts consisting of:
    – Scouting and analyzing latest technologies
    – Comparing and selecting best technology according to solid supply chain and key project targets (Cost, Weight, Performance)
    – Building up and leading application projects in close collaboration with local team and R&D center in Korea
    – Frequent reporting (In English)
  • Investigating new technologies in the field of lightweight materials and advanced processes
  • Frequently exchanging information with industry experts through meetings & visits of key conferences, tiers or research institutes
  • Expanding expertise through monitoring and analysis of automotive market (part analysis, literature, R&D projects, visits, trends scouting)
  • Bringing your European Hyundai expertise into work with internal and external customers
Requirements:
  • Deep experience in the generation and execution of automotive advanced research projects at the predevelopment stage in the field of material and process related to plastics and composites
  • Ability to initiate and develop proposals and applications of current & innovative polymer materials and manufacturing processes for use in the field of Body closures, exterior panels, etc.
  • Automotive, Mechanical or Chemistry Engineering, degree, ideally at least 5 years of professional experience at an automotive OEM, tier or research institute
  • Excellent market knowledge of polymer technologies, materials, processes, suppliers and OEM requirements
  • Strong pro-active attitude and innovative mind with a strategic, organized and flexible working style
  • Analytical thinker with clear, output driven communication and reporting in English in a multicultural environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications & CATIA V5

Requirements:
