To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our department High Performance Vehicle Engineering Design a




  • Thermal management strategy development for the HV system including battery, power electronics, electric motors for our N Brand High Performance Vehicles
  • Lead supplier collaboration, review and refine the thermal system design and performance requirements
  • Analyze existing cooling concepts and propose improvements to optimize the HV system performance
  • Work closely with the HV system mechanical and software engineers to propose bespoke cooling concepts for the battery, electric motors and power electronics to meet the vehicle targets
  • Analyze critical materials used within the HV system (e.g. motor aluminum, steel, copper; battery and cells tab jointing materials) for thermal optimization
  • Support HV system concept decision making by proposing optimized thermal management concepts
  • Work closely with test engineers
  • Collaborate with our R&D Center in Namyang (Korea), suppliers, engineering companies and universities


  • Degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or similar
  • At least three years of experience in similar position at OEM, Tier 1 or engineering company (ideally for high performance vehicles, sports or race cars)
  • Excellent knowledge of HV components thermal management concepts for high performance operation
  • Experience in methodology development within OEM or Tier 1
  • Software tools: Thermal, CFD
  • Interest in latest technology and development tools
  • Good teamworker with ability to negotiate technical solutions with opposing targets
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
  • Good command of English language
  • Good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
  • Cross cultural competencies
