To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our department High Performance Vehicle Engineering Design a




  • Logic functions development of HV system comprising battery, electric motors and power electronics for our N Brand High Performance Vehicles
  • Lead supplier collaboration, review and refine the requirements for system- and component-level control functions
  • Propose improvements to the vehicle supervisory controller logic functions such as: power management, torque vectoring, energy recuperation optimisation etc.
  • Analyze and propose improved control concepts for the battery management system, electric motors functional modes and derating strategies, converters and chargers operating strategy
  • Support HV system concept decision making by proposing optimized logic and control functions
  • Work closely with test engineers
  • Collaborate with our R&D Center in Namyang (Korea), suppliers, engineering companies and universities


  • Degree in Control/software development engineering or similar
  • At least three years of experience in similar position at OEM, Tier 1 or engineering company (ideally for high performance vehicles, sports or race cars)
  • Excellent knowledge of HV system software architecture and HV components operation and control
  • Experience in methodology development within OEM or Tier 1
  • Software tools: Matlab Simulink
  • Interest in latest technology and development tools
  • Good teamworker with ability to negotiate technical solutions with opposing targets
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude
  • Good command of English language
  • Good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
  • Cross cultural competencies
