The General Affairs department is currently seeking a



  • Manage business travels, canteen and conduct general reports
  • Handle purchasing for IT and General Affairs departments
  • Handle contractual agreements with third party providers (travel agencies, canteen provider, stationery, furniture, insurances, telephone provider, etc.)
  • Track the annual budget plan (General Affairs and IT)
  • Manage assets and conduct regular inventory check-ups
  • Develop and update the relevant company policies and manuals
  • Manage and oversee company events and CSR activities
  • Develop and improve business processes and new concepts (Smart Office)


  • University degree with focus on Business Administration or related areas or apprenticeship
  • Basic knowledge of business travel management, procurement, financial concepts and general administration
  • Familiar with relevant laws and legislation
  • Good conceptual and analytical competencies, team player
  • Able to prioritize and work efficiently and in an organized manner
  • „Can do“ attitude
  • Very good command of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in SAP would be a plus
  • Excellent document writing skills
  • Fluent in English and German language
  • Willingness to work in an international environment
