To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Hyundai Design Center an


                       – part-time-work 20 hours/ week –


  • Travel Management and General Reporting:
    • Arrange flights & accommodation for business trips
    • Regular members attendance reporting
  • Budget and Finance:
    • Handle internal expense systems and reports
    • Work on year-end-closing and inventory
  • General Administration:
    • Order supplies, business cards, office materials etc.
  • General Support:
    • Support department organisation for motor shows


  • Vocational training in business management or foreign language correspondence
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Well organized, flexible, reliable, able to adopt to dynamic environment
  • Motivated to work in an international environment
  • Good command of English, German and Korean language
